Toni Woods, a graduate of the High School Leaders Program
, was recently profiled by the Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute for being one of the most active conservative female activists of her generation. She was also invited to attend the National Journalism Center's 30th Annual Banquet which will feature Ann Coulter.

Toni will graduate from Halifax County High School next year and then plans to attend college at Georgetown University in Washington.

Congratulations to Felix Sarfo-Kantanka, an alumnus of the Political Leaders Program Class of 2004. Felix will soon leave his post in the Governor's office— where he has served as Special Assistant to Governor Kaine on Policy— and join McGuireWoods Consulting.
Felix will be an Assistant Vice President for State Government Relations where he will help to provide legislative and executive branch lobbying services to McGuireWoods clients, among many other duties.
Felix was recently hailed as a "Top 40 Under 40" by Richmond's Style Weekly.
